Design Questionnaire

Once your purchase is confirmed, you'll receive a detailed design questionnaire to complete.

This questionnaire helps me understand your space, lifestyle, goals, preferences, timeline, and overall vision for the project. You'll also have the opportunity to share inspiration images, room photos, measurements, and any existing pieces you'd like to incorporate.

Once your completed questionnaire has been reviewed, you'll receive an invitation to schedule your 1:1 Kickoff Call. During this session, we'll discuss your project in greater detail, review your inspiration, and explore an initial personalized Idea Board that will help establish the creative direction for your space.

30-Minute Virtual Kickoff Call

Before moving into the design phase, we'll meet for a 30-minute 1:1 virtual consultation via Zoom to review your project in detail and discuss an initial Inspiration Board created from your questionnaire responses.

This collaborative session allows us to align on the overall aesthetic, explore what you love (and don't love), refine priorities, and ensure the design direction feels authentic to your vision before development begins.

By the end of the call, we'll have a clear understanding of the creative direction, functional needs, and overall goals for your space, providing a strong foundation for the design process ahead.

Design Development

Once the design direction is approved, I begin developing your personalized design plan.

During this phase, I thoughtfully translate our ideas into a cohesive design concept tailored to your space, lifestyle, and goals. This includes the development of the room concept, mood board, space plan, furniture layout, curated product selections, color and material recommendations, and styling details that bring the overall vision to life.

Each element is carefully considered to ensure the final design feels intentional, functional, and uniquely yours.

1:1 Virtual Design Presentation

Once your design is complete, we'll meet for a personalized 1:1 virtual presentation to review your design plan in detail.

During this session, I'll walk you through the completed Mood Board, explaining the overall design concept, color palette, materials, furnishings, and styling direction. We'll also review the furniture layout, space plan (if included), curated product selections, and styling recommendations to ensure every element works together cohesively and aligns with your goals for the space.

This is your opportunity to ask questions, share feedback, and gain a clear understanding of how the design will come together. If your selected service includes revisions, we'll discuss any requested refinements before finalizing your design package.

Your Final Design Package

Once your design is approved, you'll receive a comprehensive design package thoughtfully organized to help you bring your vision to life with confidence.

Your package will include your finalized Mood Board, furniture layout and space plan (if included), curated shopping list with direct product links, styling recommendations, and all supporting design materials developed throughout the project. Signature Room Design clients will also receive a custom 3D perspective rendering of their space.

To make implementation as seamless as possible, you'll receive personalized guidance on recommended purchasing priorities, styling suggestions, and practical next steps for bringing the design together. Whether you choose to complete the space all at once or in phases, you'll have a clear roadmap to follow every step of the way.
